Roaya completed her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Upon her return to the Kingdom of Bahrain she began her career at the Ministry of Works.

Roaya completed her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Upon her return to the Kingdom of Bahrain she began her career at the Ministry of Works.
Roaya left the working world for a few years to raise her children and returned with a lot of energy and enthusiasm joining her husband as Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Bader Group of companies, as well as a share holder and board member at Gulf membrane and coating industry.
She is involved with the Rotary Club and is an active Board member of the Manama Chapter in addition to serving as a Board Member of the Bahrain Society for Children with behavioral and Communicative difficulties, Alia for early intervention.
Roaya is also the proprietor and Managing Director of Pamchal Trading.
